2. According to the laying distance requirements specified by the process, install the corresponding pulleys and laying pitch gears according to the laying distance table.
3. Install the pay-off reel, and pull the copper wire through the wire storage input of the pay-off frame to the wire inlet port of the main unit, and then pass through the guide input into the main unit. One of them must be guided through the meter counter (otherwise, the meter counter will not count after power on).
4. Install the take-up reel, and the wires going through the host will pass through various guides and twisted bows, and finally wrap a few turns on the take-up reel.
5. Turn on the main power switch in the main machine electrical cabinet, and set the length budget of the meter counter according to the process requirements. If the original length of the original meter is not zero, it should be cleared.
6. Turn the six toggle switches on the side of the mainframe electrical control cabinet to the ON position.
7. Check whether the tray at the bottom of the main unit has been lowered to the bottom. If it is not lowered to the bottom, loosen (turn counterclockwise) the switch of the hydraulic pump to make it drop to the bottom, and close the door and cover.
8. Turn the "speed setting potentiometer" on the main electrical cabinet counterclockwise to the end, press the "motor start" button, and then slowly rotate the "speed setting" potentiometer clockwise, the machine starts to run, running speed Indicated by the tachometer.
9. After reaching the predetermined length, the machine will automatically stop. After the bow is completely stopped, the hood can be opened and the unloading door can be lowered. Then turn off the switch of the oil pump (rotate clockwise), pull out the hook of the oil pump, pull the handle of the oil pump to raise the tray and stand against the take-up reel. After removing the spool, in order to prevent the oil pressure handle from falling off, hook the hook on the oil pump handle.
10. During operation, if disconnection is found, the machine will automatically stop in an emergency. In the event of an accident, you can press the "emergency stop" button when an emergency stop is required, and the machine will stop quickly.
11. When disconnection or change occurs, the connector should be small and connected reliably. Run at low speed until the splice reaches the take-up reel. At this time, it should be run in jog mode. The jog operation method is as follows: open the door cover, press the micro switch with the left hand, and press the "inch button" with the right hand, and the bow will run at a low speed. Release the button to stop the operation. During the jogging process, the connector should be visually inspected. After the connector reaches the take-up reel, the door cover can be closed and it can be turned into normal operation.
