Technical features:

2. Automatic tension control: When twisting the wire, the take-up tension needs to be continuously increased when the take-up is received from the bottom of the reel to the full reel. This machine can automatically track and adjust the take-up tension; so that the entire take-up tension is uniform, and the machine also The tension can be adjusted without stopping.


3. The main engine is lubricated by oil and cooled by natural circulation, which effectively prolongs the service life of the main shaft bearing.

The wire-passing system adopts a new structure, and the wire is directly passed from the main shaft guide wheel to the bow belt, which reduces the scratches and strand jumps caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum plate.


4. There are three pressing devices in the machine to ensure the roundness of the conductor after stranding and reduce the loss of insulating materials.


5. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt, there is no lubrication point in the machine, keep the machine clean, and the twisted wire has no oil pollution, which is suitable for conductor stranding of various types of wires with high surface cleanliness requirements.

To adjust the twisting distance, only one take-up wheel needs to be replaced, and to adjust the twisting direction, it is only necessary to pull the reversing lever, which is simple and easy to operate, thereby reducing the operator's error rate and work intensity. The bearings of the whole machine are made of well-known Japanese brands, and the bow belts are made of new materials, which are flexible and avoid stock jumping caused by vibration during high-speed operation. , reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost.
