A. Equipment composition and use
This equipment is suitable for the stranding and twisting of small-section wires, and consists of a pay-off frame, a wire plate, a twisting cage and a motor.
B. Preparation before production
1. Put the tools and measuring tools on the workbench, and check whether the measuring tools are aligned with zero
2. Check whether the equipment is normal, especially the disconnection stop device and the protective cover power-off protection switch. If it is abnormal, report it to the maintenance personnel immediately for repair
3. Prepare the semi-finished products according to the production plan, and check whether the semi-finished products are qualified in experience and meet the process requirements, and install the qualified semi-finished products on the pay-off frame, put on the cone sleeve, and adjust the tension.
4. Hang the gears according to the number, pitch and twisting direction required by the process, adjust the twisting direction, and install the parallel die according to the process requirements. Prepare the take-up reel as required, check whether the reel is in good condition, and install the take-up reel on the take-up stand
5. Pull a traction wire through the wire wheel and the tube hole to the traction wheel in the twisting cage, and wrap it around the traction wheel 3 to 4 times, and fix one end of the traction wire on the take-up reel

C. Operation points
1. Pass the single wire through the automatic stop device for disconnection respectively, and pull it to the front of the doubling die through the splitter plate, twist the wire harness into one strand, pass through the doubling die, pull out 0.5-1.0 meters, and fix the doubling die. on the mold base
2. Connect the wire strands and the traction wire together, close the protective cover, turn on the machine slowly, wait for the end of the wire to be pulled to the wire reel and wind it for 2 turns. Stop the machine, cut off the unqualified part of the thread, pull out the pulling wire, and fix the qualified thread on the spool
3. Start the bundle and twist for 20-30 meters. Check whether the diameter of the single wire is thinned, whether the twisting direction meets the process requirements, whether the core is round, and whether there is looseness. After confirming that there is no error, the production can continue.
4. During the startup process, it is necessary to frequently observe the operation of the reel of the pay-off frame and the flat cable of the take-up reel. In case of an abnormal situation, it should be stopped urgently, and the problem should be found and solved before starting the machine.
5. After the manufacturing is completed, fill in the product manufacturing card carefully and place it in the waiting area. After the process inspector is qualified and signed, place the qualified product area to be transferred.
D. Quality requirements
1. All kinds of stranded wires are not allowed to be welded in the whole bundle, and single wires are allowed to be welded, but more than two joints are not allowed on the same section. The distance between the two joints should not be less than 300mm, and the joints should be firm and smooth. The bundled cores are not allowed to have missing roots, broken wires, looseness, and overlapping.
2. The single wire deviation, pitch and twist direction in the core should meet the process requirements
