Check whether the server, boiler auxiliary machine, safety device and winding and construction pay-off clamping equipment can be trusted, all fitness and moving parts such as: the shaft sleeve of the winding single stranding machine, the screw of the wire extruder, the surface layer of the roller If there is any dirt in the running part and its surroundings, it should be opened to ensure the reliable operation of the facility.
3. Work clothes, molds, measuring instruments and pans are placed on a smooth road, and check whether the spare pans are in compliance with the regulations.
4. Check the diameter and surface quality of the single-track railway to be stranded, and it can be used only if it reaches the standard.
5. After the equipment runs without any problem, the machine should be shut down to complete the self-check: stranding pitch diameter, diameter, stranding direction and single-track railway diameter, and the quality of the stranding surface reaches the standard, before driving for production and processing.
6. After get off work, I wiped and tested the machinery and equipment, cleaned the sanitation of the place, placed the tools, molds, measuring instruments and plates neatly, and filled in the production and processing records on duty.
